FAQ - Payments and Credits
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 100 countries (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout). We also accept payments via PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, and Afterpay. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Gift Cards.
In the case of a store credit, simply use the code provided to you by email at the end of the checkout process. Store Credit can be used for purchases made online.

If you bought something at full price and the price is lowered within seven days of your purchase, we'd be happy to honor a price adjustment.
Price adjustments are done in the form of store credit for the difference in item price before taxes. Your store credit never expires and will automatically deduct from your next purchase at checkout. If you need help with a price adjustment, contact us here.
You can find your store credit balance in the account section located in the top right corner of the site. Just log into your Raw Revel account and you can check your store credit balance.
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed.
We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.
If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.
