FAQ - Orders & Shipping

Raw Revel serves locals markets within US.

All orders are shipped from our local fulfillment center in California.

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them until the specified date of shipping (in the case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order whilst it is in transit. You can see the expected time of delivery at checkout.

Please note delivery may take longer during sale periods and public holidays.

As a sustainable fashion company, we are proud to offer an eco-friendly shipping option. We consolidate orders to minimize packaging waste and reduce our carbon footprint.

Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfill all orders that are confirmed.

If you have made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order ID and we will do our very best to amend it.

Shipping costs for orders less than $50 depend on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 are shipped free.

Return shipping costs will be paid by Raw Revel only in the case of exchanges of orders, and within 15 days of delivery. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.

You will receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date which is provided by our shipping provider.

All orders once confirmed with an Order Number cannot be canceled. We will look to fulfill this order as soon as possible. However, you can modify the order for size or product provided the order has not been shipped. To do so, simply drop an email to orders@rawrevel.com immediately or contact us here with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.

Amendments in delivery address can be done provided the order is in the “Unfulfilled” status. Once the order is shipped, changes are not possible. To make changes, simply drop an email to orders@rawrevel.com or contact us here with your order number, contact number and the changes to be made and our team will contact you to assist with the changes.
