Return Policy
We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging) within 14 days of the ship date. Mail-in returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.
To initiate an exchange or return, please write to support@rawrevel.com within 7 days of receiving the product. You can alternatively initiate this by loging into your Raw Revel Account and going into the Orders section.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the returns received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- The product/s are returned after use
- The products are damaged
- The products do not have all the tags
Our customer support team will reach out to you within 24 hours and will inform you to ship your order back to our fulfillment center.
