FAQ - Returns and Exchanges

We do not have a refund policy due to the limited quantities we produce.

Not the right fit? Or went overboard with your retail therapy? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging) within 14 days of the ship date. Mail-in returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

To initiate an exchange or return, please write to orders@rawrevel.com within 7 days of receiving the product. You can alternatively initiate this by loging into your Raw Revel Account and going into the Orders section.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the returns received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

  • The product/s are returned after use
  • The products are damaged
  • The products do not have all the tags

Our customer support team will reach out to you within 24 hours and will inform you to ship your order back to our fulfillment center.

Once we receive the returned item, you will be informed with a confirmation that we will process the return within 7-10 business days.

We are a sustainable clothing company and prefer exchanges over returns and offer direct exchanges for a different size, color or length of any in-stock item, excluding final sale or underwear purchases. We do not offer direct exchanges for different styles at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, we recommend creating a return for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and exchange inventory is not reserved for you until you mail back your items.

Returns and exchanges for sale purchases follow our standard return policy, unless listed as Final Sale.
